A longterm partnership between IPM Consult ApS and Datalogisk A/S constitutes the base for new usability models to facilitate development and adoption of new technology and smooth workflows for farmers and advisors.
IPM Decisions aims to accelerate impact from Decision Support Systems (DSS) for Integrated Pest Management (IPM). The project will deliver DSS, data, tools and resources through a pan-European online Platform and an IPM Decisions Network. Project period: 2019 - 2024.

Automated Weed detection, Mapping and Variable Precision Control of Weeds. The primary goal is to enable automatically recording, recognition and counting of weed populations weed in order to produce variable herbicide application maps for spraying. The project involves several Danish commercial partners involved in deep learning systems over cloud based systems, Integrated Weed Management decision support systems, Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS), and finally a herbicide sprayer manufacturer, closely supported by Aarhus University within engineering, market analysis, and agroecology. Several commercial products will be developed in the project. Project period: 2017 - 2020.

DSS-IWM (EU Era-network - C-IPM)
IPM Consult participates in the EU ERA-NET, C-IPM, in the project, DSS-IWM in order to establish and upscale economal viable DSS'es for integrated weed management (IWM) in Germany, Spain, and Denmark. The project builds on a new DSS framework and experiences from earlier projects, PURE and DSSherbicide and will include many weed control features including measures to prevent herbicide resistance and integration of mechanical control. Partners: Julius Kühn-Institute (JKI), ISIP, University of Lleida (UdL), IPM Consult ApS (IPMC). Project period: 2016 - 2018.
